I’m organizing a party for a client of mine — a very special birthday. But he wanted to choose the caviar himself. Beforehand, I thought it best to call and I spoke with Ines who couldn’t have been more delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel completely comfortable sending my client down to the shop to speak with her and decide on the caviar for the event.

We had vodka and caviar with French toast. Grey Goose I think was flavored. I’m fine with the regular unflavored vodkas so for those prefer plain, be mindful to what you’re ordering. Caviar was yum. But it’s petrossian so better be!
