We had an amazing stay, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Roy from In-Room Dining delivered our order right on time and provided warm, outstanding service.
John from the Lobby Lounge was so friendly during breakfast and even went out of his way to take a beautiful photo of me overlooking the breathtaking view of Central Park.
Carmen from the Fitness Center was also incredibly warm and welcoming when we used the hotel pool.

PHD Rooftop Lounge at Dream Downtown offers exceptional service, with staff who go above and beyond to help customers. The rooftop features breathtaking views and good drinks, along with friendly bartenders. Guests have enjoyed the fantastic views, especially while savoring dishes like Wagyu sliders and Kale Artichoke dip. While the lounge is a great spot for a night out, especially for those who enjoy dancing, the DJ's skills have been known to disappoint, with some describing the entertainment as strange. The space has pretty decor and excellent seating options, making it a fun place to relax. Although navigating the area can be tricky due to all the selfie pictures taken with the lemons, the experience is still worth a visit.
