Philippe Chow offers excellent service and delicious food, making it a favorite spot for many regular customers. The ambiance is just right, with appealing lighting and a great location. The staff is spectacular, and many guests have praised the service as professional and courteous, contributing to a special dining experience. Some customers were surprised by the automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill, but overall, Philippe Chow remains a top choice for a great dining experience. Highlights from the menu include the must-have Peking duck, Filet mignon and String beans, perfect soup dumplings, tender Chicken Satay, and the must-try Salt and Pepper Eggplant. Desserts like Baked Alaska are also favorites. While some guests have noted a waiter who seemed a bit rude, they acknowledged that he provided great service. Edward, a standout staff member, has been described as a champion in handling challenging situations with grace, ensuring that all customers feel attended to.
