Stayed for 2 nights, and while it is a bit of an older building, it was still nice to live and sleep in. The checkin staff was very friendly, place stocked with basic hotel amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels). House keeping replaced my towel and overall very nice experience.
I booked a room at the High Line Hotel for my elderly parents, and they (and we) could not have been more delighted. From the unique character of the building and rooms to the friendly staff and the feeling of an inclusive community, not to mention how well pets are treated!, we were utterly charmed and deeply grateful.

super cool location and great antique vibe, but my room had water damage in the ceiling and flaking plaster off the walls (and onto my business suit and shoes - not good). also, my bathtub drained very slowly - asked to fix it and no one showed up.
