I ordered 2 chicken wraps and a cheesecake along with 2 sodas because the lemonade machine wasn’t working ..thank god the cheesecake wasn’t frozen. The wraps were cold which made all the ingredients inside the wrap cold. Upon getting 2nd refill the machine was turned off by the manager .I asked the associate to turn it back on in which she did it was then turned back off again when I dumped out my lemonade because it tasted awful. I told the manager that the lemonade was nasty and I told them they need to clean that particular fountain. I informed her I wasn’t gonna get a drink nor was I ever gonna come back here she told me that she cleans the machine every evening. I told her apparently not well enough, maybe she needed to change the valves. She continued to be nasty to me and told me if I needed a job that I can do it myself. I told her no thank you I’m over qualified and walked out. Never again I will walk into this establishment and I will make it my business to tell my coworkers about my experience and make sure they don’t come here either I could’ve spent my $20 somewhere else .

This location in Manhattan is small. It was not crowded, so it didn't take long to place and receive my order. The meal was hot but I was able to eat it right away.

Walked a mile out of my way to this Popeyes because I've had too many bad experiences at my local one. I started ordering and she just stared at the screen typing for a min. I reminded her that I wanted spicy, and she slowly checked and then said, sorry we don't have spicy right now. I work food service so I understand but like, can you make them? Can you tell me how long they would take? I was too annoyed to even ask so I left and walked another mile to the next Popeyes down.

I usually go here for lunch and the food is pretty mediocre. Today for lunch I ordered 12 piece wings and the meat was rotten and when I went back to the store the manager Stephanie was not helpful and stated she doesn’t work for Popeyes. Did not apologize for the rotten food and did not want to assist on how to request a refund on the Popeyes app. Customer service is horrible and serve food with no gloves. This location needs to be revamped and new workers , who cares about the customers and the food quality !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! The people here do not know how to pack the order. The paper bag broke immediately after leaving the store, and the chicken fell on the dirty ground. They did not double bag at all. Zero attention to detail. Terrible place!
