Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employee (a shorter Indian man) refused to honor a valid promotion that I used through Uber. He told me to walk to the restaurant and said that if I brought my receipt, he would honor my order. I walked there, showed him my receipt, the promotion, my order details, my name, and the restaurant address, but he still refused to give me my food. Uber Support even spoke to him directly and confirmed that my order and promotion were valid, but he still refused. I had no choice but to call the police. The officers arrived within about three minutes. I showed them my receipt, the promotion, and all of my order information. The employee even told the officers he still wasn’t going to honor the order. One of the officers took my phone, verified my receipt, promotion, and order details, compared everything with the store’s records, and explained to the employee that my order was legitimate. Only after the police intervened did he finally give me my food. No customer should ever have to involve the police just to receive a paid order that both Uber Support and the officers confirmed was valid. I will never return and would not recommend ever!!!😡😤

I ordered food from that place and they left my food in a completely different place and when I told the driver the right address he tells me diffrent even tho I showed him the proof he submitted my order as completed anyway now I have no food and wasted my money. Horrible service I’ve ever had

I ordered something that was advertised as a deal, but was literally spoiled and disgusting and that’s why they had the deal and I called to tell them about it and the (Indian just to identify the person) lady pretended not to speak English and then when I asked for a supervisor, she hung up the phone. I called several more times and she was no longer picking up. This is literally a criminal organization.

I think this is one of the worst Popeyes locations I’ve ever visited. The atmosphere is extremely unpleasant, mainly because the restaurant is constantly crowded with delivery drivers occupying nearly all the tables while not even eating. Whether it’s hot or cold outside, customers who actually want to sit and eat often have no place to sit.
The food itself is acceptable, but the chicken quality is inconsistent. Quite often it contains a lot of sinew and feels poorly prepared.
However, the biggest issue by far is the staff of the store. Communication is extremely difficult, as many employees struggle to speak basic English, and even simple questions or orders often lead to confusion. The ordering system seems to overwhelm the staff completely, and even after placing an order, employees repeatedly ask to see the receipt because they appear unable to locate or understand the order in the system. Especially the Indian lady seems not fitting at all.
Overall, the service experience is chaotic and frustrating. This location seriously needs better management, improved staff training, and a complete overhaul of customer service standards.
I eat here frequently and the food taste fresh all the time. But the store is extremely dirty. Filthy seats, food and grease all over the table and floor and the drink station has dried soda and sticky all over which is a clear sign it hasn't been cleaned for an extensive period of time.
