Pretty solid Popeyes location on the Upper East Side. However, first impressions weren’t the best as when me and my friend entered we saw an angry-looking man yelling obscenities and and hobbling around. Thankfully he left, but it was still a disturbing sight as the store was empty. Odd vibes and seems to be way too peaceful for a popular fast food chain. The Popeyes app always seems to be broken or really slow so ordering through the app is already a hassle. The place didn't look clean and there were some sketchy people around.
