This place is located near the 6, R, & W trains as well as numerous bus lines. The street corn original sandwich was alright. There was only 1 staff member on duty and it made for a slower than usual service.

Ordered my first sandwich on the app and it was good. But it was probably sitting there on the shelf for 5-10 minutes since they didn’t update that it was finished on the app so it was room temperature
Then while I was eating my first sandwich, I ordered another on the app. Tell me why there’s 3 customers in line, with only 2 employees, and only 1 is making sandwiches. There’s a female employee there just sitting at the register doing nothing watching her colleague. She then proceeds to spend 15 minutes making a shake while my already finished sandwich has been sitting at the table for 20+ minutes. Shouldn’t take 40 mins total for a sandwich that costs $17
I’ve been going to Potbelly since I was a kid, it’s just a shame to see service slow down and prices increase drastically. I still want to continue to come here for food but it’s not worth it sometimes

Horrible service even when the store is entirely empty. Asked for toilet paper cause I saw it was out and was told off, “use napkins”. Bathroom is disgusting, tables all crummy. Staff doesn’t take their eyes of their phones and just sitting there staring at you over a simple ask. Asked both staff. At least one tried to say something but nothing from both. Go take your business elsewhere where staff doesn’t treat you like a nuisance despite no lines.

Sad how many negative reviews there are but I went anyways and it was good but that was the first time. I just went again and there was only one person working and I got a sandwich called avo Turkey and he forgot the avocado. Clearly not focused on his work.

I have been here for so many times, good food but also ran into A LOT OF unpleasant situations where a staff would either disregard me totally or just pretend they are busy. The worst division of labor and management of staff have ever seen. Tonight, one of your staff operating the cashiers even delayed my payment for two entire minutes while counting coins from the machine! Bad attitude and even more delays - done knowingly - when I politely asked him to rush my payment. Won’t come again.

I came on a bad day when they weren't properly staffed for national sandwich day for their promotion. I arrived at my designated pick up and the first staff member told me they were working on it. So I wait. 2 customers get their order before me and I ask another worker, is my order ready? He sees the bag and says it isn't ready yet. I told him its been over 20 mins what's going on? They never made it. 3 workers in the line with 9 orders on your board, it shouldn't take 20 mins for 2 sandwiches.
I loved how quickly the food was prepared without compromising the quality.

I’ve seen potbelly in many states but today was my first try. The prices on the app vs this location are not the same. I asked about the skinny combo it was like I was speaking in numbers. No AC a big fan blowing hot air. Foot prep was blah. I don’t think they cleaned off the knife from the last cut. I asked for ketchup she as rude. I asked for a skinny I got an original. Based on this experience, I won’t order here again and I’ll have to try another to see if this is just a bad location or this is how it is at most potbelly’s.

Just placed an order for delivery for myself and some co-workers. I saw the delivery estimated time, but also it showed ready for pickup. I called to confirm it was for delivery and the associate working said they don’t deliver. She said she will check and hung up on me. Called back and said/did the same thing. So called back again, only for her to say again they will not deliver this order and hung up. Completely annoyed. I had to call back again, and told her to cancel the order. However, right after, my associate was like I’ll just pick it up. Called back and said fine I’ll go get it and she told me I have to order again. Honestly they should have been free anyway after the complete lack of customer service and being given an eta for delivery when there was no plan to deliver.
