The Casher lady has a nasty attitude, which makes us feel uncomfortable and all my coworkers feel the same way to the point that I stopped going to potbelly.
May be she can take a lesson on customer service and attitude to clients. Sad to see a business loose sale because of service.

The lady who took my order damn near three years ago was rude asl and I deadass never came back. Y'all got it, but the food slapped though. I would come back and risk getting verbally harassed again just for a crumb of that Italian sub.

I’ve had lunch here three times recently. Not only is the food good but the service couldn’t be any faster and the manager goes above and beyond. This is a busy lunch spot with a pretty in-depth menu. Despite this challenge there’s a team of around 8 staff working hard to make everyone’s lunch. My sandwich was ready in 2 minutes (the salads do take a little longer fyi). Everything has been fresh and tasty and reasonable priced especially for the neighborhood.
