Very good sandwiches, but also very pricey especially for delivery. I don't remember the exact figure but I know it cost somewhere between $30 and $40 so That's mainly why I can't get five stars. The sandwiches tasted very good and they remember to give me the side of mayonnaise I asked for. Lady delivering was friendly. Love the extra giant pickle I ordered!

This potbelly location is better than the one on stone - the sandwich somehow come out fluffier and overall I think they are more generous with the meats put in. The location runs quick and I love ordering ahead on the app!

Had the regular Italian sandwitch. It was delicious and good portion size. Quite flavorful and definitely recommend for lunch.

Don’t know how anyone gives this sandwich shop a good review! Huge bread but almost nothing inside ( almost 20 $) BIG sized sandwich Much better choices like Faiccos on Bleecker stuff. Old reliable stuffed great sandwiches . Very disappointing and when I called”NOT NICE AT ALL TO SPEAK WITH! why bother ?????

The sandwiches here were well made. The ingredients are fresh which makes the sandwich so tasty! The service is quick too!

Overrated! Definitely can increase the size of the sandwiches for the prices.

I started eating here about a year and a half ago. Just about 2 years ago. Until I got horrendous food poisoning. Needless to say I've never been back and will never be back. Literally every establishment in the Financial District has gotten me sick as a dog. And it's not even good food anywhere around there either.

Amazing Location To Eat At.

The staff are extremely nice! The sandwiches are always made with love! And people definitely know the menu, an amazing place to get some food!

Potbelly is 1 star better than its competitor who has been on a downward death spiral for years and now trying to sell itself off. The sandwiches just aren't good. The meats are overly salty, the bread is chewy even after it runs through the conveyor toaster. What on Earth was Nueske's thinking? They make some of the best bacon in the country and they partnered with Potbelly to offer their bacon on the sandwiches and (surprise surprise) it's like getting Oscar Meyer instead. If you must get a sandwich here, I recommend the cleverly named "A Wreck." Want to know how the Potbelly story will likely end? Check out the price history of their stock.

I was there today and my grilled chicken sandwich was awesome. After I finished eating I could swear I saw a small rat run across the floor!

I work just down the street and get lunch from this location probably about once a month when I'm too lazy to bring my own lunch. I've have had a couple different sandwiches from there and they are always great and the mac and cheese is to die for :) The staff at this location is very friendly and nice.

Dana D. asked me to get in touch with her directly so we could chat further about the bad service. I was very impressed. I did in fact contact her giving her my email address & phone number. I see that she replied to other reviews both positive & negative asking for the same info. Unfortunately, she only gives the appearance of being responsive to customer's feedback. I cannot speak for the others but I can state that I never heard back from Dana D. I find it more annoying for her to give the impression that she cares about improving service and/or righting these wrongs than for her to just ignore me from the get go!! Potbelly on maiden lane is the worst! The one on Adam's street is great. Maiden Lane gets your order wrong & awfully slow at it to boot. They scrape the bottom of the (food) barrel even if a fresh barrel is waiting. They give you the opposite of what you ask for. It seems like they don't even listen to what you are saying & they move in slow motion. Can't give them another chance. It's just too frustrating. Not giving up on Potbelly, just this one.
