I am done supporting restaurants that shrink portion sizes while raising prices. Inflation affects everyone, but that does not give you a free pass to cut portions in half and still charge more.
Let’s talk about the wings. I order wings from this place weekly. The salt and pepper wings are great, which is why this is so disappointing. Back then, ordering six wings meant six whole wings. The box was packed and barely closed. Now, ordering six wings gets you three whole wings chopped in half, with the drum and flat counted as separate pieces.
The first time, I assumed it was a mistake. The second time, I hoped it was a one-off. The third time confirmed it was intentional and that is why I am writing this review.
Do better. This is a clear downgrade in value, and customers are not too dumb to notice when they are being shortchanged.

My first time here. Arrived right after the 4pm lunch special. The Cashier was a lil fast / cold. But it’s cool. Ordered rotisserie chicken , roasted potatoes and corn with Parmesan. Meal was amazing. And descent price for the City. I Dined in. When the cashiers relief came they began to talk and all customers can hear. The shorter cashier really needs to watch her vocabulary and her surroundings. Some of her rants definitely offensive to some of the customers if they were paying attention. But overall. Good food good atmosphere.

Ordered Poulette from 790 store and 88 Fulton Street: We recently ordered from Poulette. The sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, and salmon boxed meals, and they were incredible! The chicken and salmon with rice and vegetables were cooked to perfection and were wonderfully juicy and delicious. Delivery was timely, and the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Despite the cold December weather, the meals still arrived hot. We were very satisfied with the overall experience and appreciate their support for our business. We look forward to visiting and ordering from them again.

Very helpful and if there's a problem they do their best to provide a friendly environment, I order the best the lunch special, the chef and assistant helpers to the chef and front are always working,either refilling items or answering phones,the chef always cooking and very clean and helpers with him or doing delivery, even the special has so much flavor with the three Mac and cheese with mash potatoes its the world best for 13.99 plus taxs I am full, thank you so much for the great experience and food plus thr rewards helps also,the price is the best for a fast well you can see the chicken in the big oven,the atmosphere was incredible the light music on every taste ans stlye,very clean and tip top shape,yes very great vaule,

I have been ordering here for years. However past few times the chicken has been way over cooked making it hard and much less tasty. I hope they readjust it to the way they use to cook the chicken or else will have to find another place.

Anyone who says this is the best chicken in Hell's Kitchen has not had a lot of chicken. This chicken is mid at best. While the skin is crispy and slightly flavorful, that's where the pros end. The meat lacks any flavor whatsoever. Really nothing stands out about this chicken. Wegman's rotisserie chicken blows this rotisserie chicken out of the water at less than half the price.
Paid $6 for rice and mash potatoes. I don’t recommend getting their Too Good to Go surprise bag.

I had wanted to.try this place and I was at the ninth Ave food fest so grilling of the chicken was true bbq outside done different then inside fire. I had the combo i was able to get dark meat and side of macaroni and cheese. The chicken was perfect but macaroni and cheese was not great it was not baked sauce kind of loose
