Oh. My. God.First, I ordered a pasta with clam sauce, but instead, I got a swamp monster. Why is this thing filled to the brim with pasta water? I feel like I'm looking at Cthulu's babies. If I wanted soggy baby food, I can easily get that at a fraction of the price. I drained and threw it out, and I almost never throw food away because whenever I do, I bring shame upon my ancestors who suffered through the great Chinese famine. But in this scenario, even they gave me a pass.I was going to let it slide, however, because I got a refund and we all have off days. Except then I kept getting calls asking me to pick up another order I never placed, and I repeatedly told them that I had already gotten my order an hour ago, and that I had not placed another order. They even had the front desk in my building call me, to which they received the SAME ANSWER I had given already. If I wanted to be disturbed and harassed, I would just unblock my exes. But I don't want to be disturbed or harassed, thank yew.

On my way back to the hotel after work in the evening hours on a Thursday night, I noticed Pranzo Pizza & Pasta on my way to the seaport area on water street. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, the owner greeted me with a welcoming "hello" and had asked if I had any questions on the menu. Since it was my first time inside Pranzo Pizza & Pasta It took me a few minutes to know what I wanted to get for dinner.Pranzo Pizza & Pasta offers a wide range of options from their menu such pasta, sub sandwiches, pizza by the slice, and much more! After reviewing their menu, I had decided to order the following1 Slice of their Cheese NY Style pizzaChicken Parmesan sandwich The meal wasn't too expensive, less than $20.00 for both items. Their restaurant has plenty of table seating available if you wanted to eat inside. I instead decided to take my order to-go, back to the hotel. The food was pre-cooked at the restaurant and the team bagged each item separately. The pizza slice was delicious! It had a ton of cheese and the sauce was quite flavorful. The dough was cooked perfectly and the bottom of the slice wasn't burnt. The Chicken Parmesan sandwich was good. It would have been better though at the restaurant as the cheese had cooled a little bit on the walk back to the hotel. The bread used for the sub was really good! The inside was soft, and the outside had a slight crunch to it. The chicken was tender and scrumptious! The food is delicious at Pranzo Pizza & Pasta. Next time, I'll have to try their calzones! They looked so yummy!

Awesome find, tucked away underground. Also, very affordable for this area. Also hidden, dining area.

Great cozy place coming off the ferry. Took the family here. Had everything from slices and pasta to calzones and salads. Everyone was happy.

This place is special, for lunch. One of the best baked Zitis and chicken Parms around Wall Street.Spent many lunches here and was never disappointed.

"Hey, brother" was the friendly greeting I got from the man that I took to be the owner. I wanted a slice of genuine NYC for lunch and I got it.I ordered a calzone and diet coke. Simple but tasty. Good prices and I expect I could have had more traditional fare but I was in a rush.Lots of blue collar workers in there, male and female, gives an indication of good value.

I'd never been to New York, just knew that y'all were snobs about pizza. Came here, and, WOW! That snobbery is well deserved! I still haven't found a 'za in Colorado that even comes close. Simply delicious!
