I went into this place to sit down and needed to use the restroom. The bathrooms were locked, so I asked the cashier for the door code. She told me I had to buy something first. I explained that we were planning to order, but I really needed to use the restroom immediately. Still, she refused and said I had to purchase first. Honestly, it felt like I was trying to talk to an animal.

Got a lemonade, not bad not great. When you have really mediocre food and drinks you can win by making the service and the atmosphere nice but unfortunately… looks like the personnel don’t really want to be there. I saw tables in the corner and sat there. A couple got in the store and looked at that side where I was sitting and workers screamed “that side is closed!!” I mean you have 3 hours still, why? Because you cleaned and don’t want to clean again? It’s like if you stop serving coffee because you decided to clean the coffee machine 3 hours before closing. Then put a sign at least. Then a lady passed by and said “yeah, chairs are up” I mean… even though the shop looks nice from outside I wouldnt go again or recommend this place. Also very limited choice of beverages, like from juices only lemonade and something else.

Do NOT visit this location if you don’t have to. The people working there are super rude. They treated us like they wanted us to leave the whole time we were there.

2 types of waiters, or the stupid one who leans against the wall to avoid falling while he asks you what you want with almost no voice or the funny one who doesn't stop shouting. The coffee.....bad, the only "good" thing is that it is great to sit and rest

It's pretty much the same as the ones in London with limited vegan options, but the ones we had were quite nice. Updated from previous review on 2024-05-28

Lemonade with a side of unknown insect!! this was a truly appalling experience, after taking a few sips I discovered this in my drink.

grab and go sandwiches are fresh and tasty, but the best part of this location is how friendly and upbeat the staff are!

Probably the better Pret I’ve been to in the city. Service is always cheerful and friendly.

Just stopped at Pret - they were super busy, but still took the time to look up allergy information for me and were so kind and professional. The interaction I had with the awesome employees here genuinely made my day better. Thanks so much for your hard work!
