I’ve been getting coffee from this store for approximately three weeks. Always got the same order. One morning I witnessed a staff member giving me the wrong drink, I ordered an iced latte with extra shot of espresso but the staff giving me iced black coffee with milk. I understand that it was a busy time and probably the staff wanted to make the drink as quick as possible. But intentionally giving the wrong drink to the customer and then having an attitude when corrected, is not something I appreciate as I start my day

I went there 3 times recently and had the rudest customer service I have ever had. Staff are extremely angry , rude and annoyed. They do not want to be there, I am sure they hate their job, I said hi, no answer just very angry look. Coffee machine didn't work for the last 2 times, asked to put less water in americano got screamed at, burned my mouth badly as something wrong with their coffee machine, left my coffee and walked out. I am expecting voucher and apology.

$11 for this half empty wrap. Better to get a premade wrap or sandwich at Paris Baguette. Or wait for a hero for $3 dollars more at Lenwich.
My fault for grabbing something in a hurry after seeing the line next door for ess a bagel. The cashier moved like a snail regardless. Pret is so garbage, it's better to go hungry than get something here.

The staff are so rude they don’t even say hello… I came in about 9:45 am went to the register… I asked a question and was laughed at by the two employees at the front… Chris was especially arrogant and rude… I don’t have a Pret where I live but I try to visit when I’m in the city… but I won’t visit this location anymore I guess I should’ve listened to the Google reviews about this location.
