Wow! Let me tell you about this hidden gem. I decided to make a stop and take a brake at Grand Central Station before hopping on the train, I found Prova tucked away in a corner at the food court. Their amazing pizza display looked super fresh and ready to eat so I decided… why not, let’s grab a slice! Bonus points for their very welcoming full bar. I went with the garlic knots with mozzarella. It was really good but the dough was slightly undercooked, which was a little disappointing. :(
