Best Ramen I’ve had in nyc, and great service! The ingredients tasted so fresh and light, not too heavy like some other ramen I’ve had.

A miso specialty ramen shop what a gem. It’s like we’re back in Japan. It’s just the owner working the kitchen so everyone please be patient! Highly recommend chicken katsu curry ramen 🍜

Ramen Misoya West Village is a cozy ramen spot specializing in rich, flavorful miso-based broths. The ramen is hearty and well-balanced, with deep umami flavors and satisfying textures. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. Quaint but packs a punch! The gyoza is so delicious and crunchy and the endless choices for ramen is THE best. The restaurant is located below street level, so it might be a bit hard to find at first—it almost feels like a speakeasy since it’s a bit hard to spot from the street, which adds to the charm. The vibe inside is warm. Order the lunch special coz you get the best of everything. The Shiro Miso Cha-Shu Ramen is probably one of the better ramen's in New York. The simple shiro-miso ramen always hits the spot every time. The appetizers are amazing too—the shishito peppers were a much too salty, but the Mame Ramen was delicious with fried shrimp on top. They offer seasonal specials based on ingredient availability. The service is excellent—attentive, friendly, and efficient. A great choice for a comforting bowl of ramen in NYC.
