Ramon The Chef

Ramon really made a great night extra special! We love Benihana, but Ramon took it all to a whole new level. Fun, sharp and entertaining- he kept us all thoroughly entertained! Great job - best hibachi we’ve ever had!

I have been going to Benihana in short hills for the last 4 years since I moved to this area and tonight was the first night I was wowed. Our chef Ramon was top notch! Incredible. He was entertaining, engaging, funny and most important his food prep was delicious. This is the first time in a very long time I’ve left Benihana and can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend going for dinner and if you can request Ramon. He was the best hibachi chef I’ve ever had hands down!!
