I went during rush hour lunch. The service was good considering how crowded it was. I ordered hot food, but it needed to be heated up in the microwave. The food was alright. Not heavily seasoned. I would go there again.
Great customer service and the food was great too! They even went upstairs to bring a chair downstairs for us to eat since we were with a baby and stroller. Super nice staff and very attentive.

It is roach infested. Ordered a cream cheese bagel (only customer there at the time) and no one seemed to get to it right away. Good thing the bagel sat there for a good minute or two. When they finally picked up the bagel from the counter, I saw a roach crawl out of it and back into the other bagels. I walked out. I used to come here often a year and a half ago and never noticed it back then.
