By far the best experience we had on our vacation. While we were in Vegas we ate at Rosa Mexicano twice. Such a cute place to go with the girls, your other half or the entire family!! So clean and all the workers was so nice. On our last night in Vegas we stopped in for some drinks and their fresh guacamole and our bartender Geoff was so awesome!!! Rosa Mexicano offers a great dining experience, especially for events at Lincoln Center. The staff is accommodating, attentive, and friendly. Guests have praised the delicious food, highlighting the Pomegranate margarita, enchiladas, and mushroom enchilada as standout dishes. The chunky guacamole appetizer and half-chicken mole poblano were outstanding. The chocolate tres leches for dessert was unique. The space is bright, stylish, and welcoming, with the perfect balance of elegance and warmth. The food was outstanding and every dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The service was wonderful as well. The restaurant relocated around the corner in September 2025 and the location is poorly communicated. The recording on the phone said Empire Hotel, 2nd floor which has guest rooms no restaurant. The restaurant is on the mezzanine level of the hotel and in any case the restaurant has its own street entrance. There are few bars with different vibes, private space for your event, and the drinks and food tried were delicious. Don’t miss the beautiful Frida Kahlo wallpaper in the bathrooms. Rosa Mexicano is also known for its special events, like Taco Tuesday, where tacos are offered at 50% off. Overall, it is highly recommended for a wide selection of tasty food and drinks, making it a pleasant surprise for many visitors.
