I don’t give low reviews lightly. We went for a late lunch. There is no kids menu. The one waitress was overworked. We never got water refills or extra napkins. Our food was good with generous helpings but felt overpriced even for NY. Our bill was incorrect by $3 but I paid it anyway just to get out since they were backed up at the register.
I ate here over the weekend and was stay at a hotel near by, I came in for breakfast and had to catch my fight. The waitress Marie got me in and out quick. Her service was GREAT! And the food was good!
It's no longer Roxy. It's now the Big City Grill.We were "touristing". After meeting friends for dinner elsewhere, we went to Rockefeller Center to see the tree. While walking back to Penn Station, we wanted to stop in someplace for a hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps.As we walked past, we saw that they had a bar and also served food, so we went in to give it a try. They didn't have schnapps, but suggested other options. We decided on Bailey's....
