Sartiano's restaurant impresses with its amazing food and elegant atmosphere. The menu offers a range of delicious dishes, including baked clams, burrata, lasagna, veal parm, and carrots, all expertly prepared and presented. Standouts include the truffle-infused lasagna and tender veal parm, accompanied by fresh and flavorful sauce. The complimentary cacio e pepe arancini is a delightful surprise. Guests recommend starting with the fabulous Caesar salad and the homemade focaccia bread. The Sunday sauce is shareable and a must-try, featuring delicious pasta stuffed with ricotta, along with meatballs, short rib, and sausage. Desserts like tiramisu are wonderful. The restaurant's atmosphere is cool and elegant, making it a great spot for a night out with friends or a date. The staff is very sweet and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. With its creative cocktails and phenomenal food, Sartiano's is becoming a regular spot for many and is definitely worth a return visit. This hotspot offers solid Italian cuisine in the former Mercer Kitchen space. The Yellofin Tuna tartare w/ crispy rice and Homemade ricotta were noted. The Beef Ragu tortelli was solid, though something was slightly missing from the pasta. The service was great and the atmosphere is unbeatable in Soho. The umami Martini is a favorite, divine with caviar and kalamata olives. The ceasar salad and meatballs are top notch. Delicious spaghetti pomodoro is available. The bar downstairs is a fabulous place to enjoy a Martini. Outdoor sidewalk seating is ideal for a late lunch on a sunny day.
