Fanelli Cafe is one of my favorite places in NYC.
Okay long time attendeee but I found the perfect hangover cure - a Bloody Mary and their grilled cheese (the layers of thick cut greasy cheddar) and their homemade fries - put them inside (yes inside!) the grilled cheese with ketchup & you can even throw your pickle in there too
Great spot to chill with friends in Soho! Faneli has a cool and charming old-school bar inside, and outside you can sit right on the sidewalk. When the weather's nice, sitting outside people-watching is such a fun, relaxing way to spend an afternoon — super laid-back and enjoyable.
The food was really good too. We ordered a burger with bacon and cheese — the fries were thin and crispy, and the pickles were delicious.
