The store says it is open until 22:00. I went there at 20:50. A waiter just asked you if you are one. The old waiter next to me immediately said we were closed. how? Is this how you open a restaurant? You said you get off work at 21:30. It’s understandable that it closes at 20:50. Good luck with your opening.

I went there for lunch with my colleagues, and we liked it there. With $13.99, the lunch menu has one Wantang soup and rice bowl along with a main dish. I would like to go there again because it is close to my office, and I love Sichuan food.

I ordered to go because I was coming from Brooklyn and wanted to make sure I get my food because I was running low on time . They didn’t add another order I wanted and made sure to say a couple of time on the phone what I wanted . I get to the place to pick up the food and I had some time to sit and eat and asked if it was ok I sat down by the window and just ate my food , the guy was super rude about it and said I HAD TO TIP and it was mandatory (which I would of tipped a good tip because I work in the service industry ) I paid with card and was going to give cash tip . The guy super rude again shows me I did not tip on the card . I told him that tip is not mandatory and I would be tipping anyways cash . I had a few bites of the food . It was ok nothing special , had much better .The place was completely empty and I think it is so unprofessional and disrespectful to treat customers like that like he did not even want the business. And when I told them they didn’t put the order , he said rudely WHAT DO YOU WANt!First and last time I will step foot in this place

Best authentic Chinese I've had in a very long time in NYC. This restaurant earned a spot in my regular rotation

This is the worst unseasoned food I have ever had in my life. Are you kidding me! I would rather eat Panda Express. The fried rice has not a lick of salt or any type of seasoning. The food looks good but taste like cardboard. For $20 a meal, it should meet the bare minimum. I wish I cared enough to return it!!!

I work in the area and have been eyeing this restaurant for a bit. I finally placed an order for a lunch special. While I didn't sit inside for lunch, it seemed like a nice spot to get lunch. It's affordable and flavorful. You can come here and eat alone or with a group. It's tucked away on a street filled with other Sichuan restaurants and cuisines so it's not packed. I placed the lunch order online for the 10% discount on the restaurant's website and the process was seamless. I ordered the dry hot pot beef lunch special, which came with wonton soup as a side (from two other options) and a container of rice. The only thing I didn't expect was the beef they used. Normally, when you get dry hot pot style food, the beef comes as thinly sliced beef, not shreds of fried beef. My personal preference is thinly sliced beef, but this was different. Overall, the lunch order was still affordable for the area so no complaints. There are plenty of options on their menu including Americanized Chinese takeout food. The service is fast and your food will be ready on time so it's reliable and a great spot if you are craving Sichuan food or Chinese food, in general.
