Great lunch today! Chicken salad with shredded chicken was delicious and hard to find at most places.
Very nice experience. I would just comment that salad and appetizer prices are too high and not commensurate with other prices on the menu. Also, the place was not crowded yet it took a while to get the attention of wait staff
We had a lovely dinner at Serafina 105. The service was excellent. I had the chicken Milanese. My daughter pasta with truffles and my husband had the pasta Bolognese. All three entrees were perfectly prepared and delicious. This was not our first time there having enjoyed meals there before but it was overall a lovely experience.
Appetizers eggplant parmigiana and Caesar salad with anchovies were delicious. While the linguine with clams and the spaghetti with garlic and oil were good, we felt the pasta required a bit more flavor. The added cheese helped a lot to improved both pasta dishes.
We had a great brunch and it was delicious for each of us. One of us had a Malbec which was great! Our waiter was professional, attentive and had all the qualities you wish all your waiters would have!
We had a large group.our server Anita couldn't have been nicer. It was a busy evening and she continued to watch our table, checking in to see if we were good. Food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the evening
The Brussel sprout and "Caesar" salads were delicious. The octopus was tender and very tasty. The lasagne was good but served warm, not hot. The spaghetti carbonara was bland.
The waiter was a total disaster. He was intrusive and unavailable when needed. Even after being told that we would like a few minutes to enjoy our drinks once they arrived, he rudely, loudly, and inappropriately interrupted conversations several times to ask if we were ready to order an appetizer before our drinks had been served. Had I not been with guests whom I invited to enjoy a pleasant evening, I would have requested another server or just left.
Another issue: He didn't know who ordered what: "Who ordered the XXX? Who ordered the YYY?"
Management also needs to distinguish its location from the one on 77 which it calls the "Upper West Side" location from the location located at 105 which is also located in the Upper West Side. We were told that mistakes occur regularly with diners who mistakenly reserve a table at the "Upper West Side" location thinking they are making a reservation at the 105 Upper West Side location. Just name one Seraphina 77 and Seraphina 105 in order to get rid of the confusion which the hostess said, "Happens all of the time!!!"
While the dining experience I had this evening was disappointing, I will know whom I will NOT want as my server when I next decide to enjoy a meal at Seraphina 105.

In a few words. Dissapointed
Margherita Pizza with no Fresh Mozzarella?? And no Fresh Basil. The vegan soup was good. Very dissapointed with the pizza though. And when it was served it was not crispy at all. Being an italian restaurant i will not be coming back.

The waiter was extremely slow in taking the order and bringing the drink order. The children's pasta was raw, the salmon was microwaved (after coming out at the wrong temperature) the sauce for the pasta and pizza was tasteless, the salad portions were rudely small (especially for the bloated price)
Excellent meal on a busy Valentines Day holiday. We visited the Weat 105th St location. The Branzino with cherry tomatoes was prepared perfect as was the Gnocchi.

We have eaten at Serafina 105 several times and it continues to be a reliable source of good Italian food. Last week we went on a quiet night and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the service, and the mood of the place. Their lasagna is among the best we have enjoyed on the UWS, and I especially like their "Al Pacino" pasta, which is simple but nicely flavored and very tasty. The meals are affordable and the service friendly.
I came here as a delivery a few times but the blonde girl working at the cash register is perhaps the most beautiful and polite girl I have ever seen in New York... I haven't tried their food but I will definitely try it one day
Overall decent food, nothing super special. Service was very fast and atmosphere was nice.

Sadly, this was a disappointing brunch for a celebration! There was a long black hair in my spaghetti pomodoro. I pulled it out as soon as I received my plate and gave the pasta back to the waiter. The manager came and told our table “We will make a new one but we don’t believe that the hair is from us”. How incredibly rude to say to a paying customer looking forward to their meal. The service was below par, it took a long time to receive any of our food or drink. It took 20 minutes even for the bread. Please visit other Serafina locations, this one isn’t the place to go for a delicious meal and good service.

We came here because we had received a gift certificate from this restaurant a couple of years ago. When we finished our meal and presented the gift certificate, we were told by the manager that it could not be used at the Serafina 105 location. I pointed out that the receipt that accompanied the gift certificate showed that it was purchased at that location. The manager said it was purchased in 2022, I asked if it expired, he said I could use it at any of the 'corporate' Serafina locations. Not sure if they truly changed owners or if the manager was just blowing smoke but the food was not good enough for us to make our way back to Serafina 105, although our server was pleasant.
