Would stay here again! The Hard Rock hotel is clean, safe, and well-appointed. Staff is friendly, responsive to requests/needs, and helpful. Beds are comfortable and guest rooms maximize space with thoughtfully planned sink/closet areas. Nice shower, too! Only improvement I would make is adding an in room mini-fridge instead of a cooler drawer. This is a great hotel and the location is unmatched. Just came back yesterday. Everything was amazing would definitely come back. Hotel is fairly new you come out of building to your right less than a block your at Times Square. You go left a block Fox News and Rockefeller plaza and 5th avenue are right there. It was hot several days so showers here at hotel was soo awesome for being sweaty. Bell ringers were so friendly and helpful.
Spend the $ stay here! They did charge nightly incident fee but it fell off the day I left....read full review
