Couldn’t recommend Shabushabu Macoron more highly! We went to a seating on a Wednesday to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and we ended up being the only reservation so we had a private omakase experience! Mika the chef was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to get to know us and explain each dish and its origin. Many of the dishes take hours and even days to prepare, making each dish truly a piece of art. It is surprising that it is different from the shabu-shabu course in Japan. The courses are all small. The last dessert was delicious.I thought the price was a little high, but the service is good.

Thoughtful shabu shabu tasting dinner! Also a very fun and one of a kind experience (especially for a shabu shabu lover). Everything was prepared carefully by the chef. Food was great, however a little bit pricey for the portions. But i believe the quality of the food was up there so i didn’t mind the price as much.
