Liked the place but crowded. Somewhat difficult to find the table. Burgers are good but Dubai milkshake is awesome. Must try once. Ordering is very easy. The best part is no need to wait in line for Ordering. Overall good experience..

I tried the Shroom Burger at Shake Shack in Hudson Yards, New York, and it was really tasteless. Spent $30 for the burger, fries, and a strawberry shake — only the shake was good. Customer service was also poor; the girl who gave me my order was very rude. They really need to improve both the food and the service.

My friends, staff and I have been to this place years ago and ordered shakes, burger, and many other things. I ordered a mushroom burger and that it was wonderful. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was many people in there.
The food was pretty good, especially considering it’s a fast food restaurant, it was genuinely delicious. I ordered a single ShackBurger and a strawberry lemonade, and both were excellent. The staff was kind and respectful, even while managing large crowds in a somewhat chaotic atmosphere. The prices are reasonable given the quality of the food. Overall, a solid experience.

There are a bunch of seating options, although it usually seems to be fairly packed. There are some tables and chairs a short walk from the location (take a left when you leave and go towards the back wall: there tends to be more spots there).
