The impression here, as is the case with every BSL I’ve been to, is that the staff is trying the best they can and not being provided the support and tools they need to actually accommodate customers and excel. The staff is friendly, the food is standard, coffee is decent, but there will be a severe wait. This review could be copy and pasted for all BSL locations in NYC.
