You have 15 people working in the kitchen, and my food took like 25 min to be served, in the past has hair on my fries 😞

Food was okay. They got my order wrong TWICE. First time they gave me two completely different burgers then when I told them about it they threw them out in front of me and made new burgers but still got it wrong because I asked for no bacon and they put bacon.

Shake Shack is my favorite burger spot in New York. Everything tastes fresh and delicious, from the burgers to the fries, and the service is consistently good. A great place to enjoy a quality meal every time.

Fast food with few choices and burgers small enough, but very very good. Wait a bit longer, but it was worth it!

I would have enjoyed the avocado bacon burger more if the avocado was sliced instead of a chunk between the roll. Two of my friends had the same burger, one had sliced avocado and the other was a chunk like mine. Wouldn't make sense to just have some pre-sliced?

Both lack of customer service and incompetence of employees steering me away. If you're picking up order from this location, always remember to check the content, open the box to see the items match what you ordered. I ordered Buy 1 + 1 burger. with fries but had some hiccup at ordering on UberEat. Manager was kind enough to help rectify the issue during my pick-up; the employees were busy chit-chatting with each other and handed me wrong items. Due to packaging, I couldn't tell and didn't suspect anything until I got home and realized instead of the +1 burger, I was handed small fries and another order of fries in a square burger box. When I went back to the store , the employees there was non-apologetic and told me if I wanted to cancel/return the order, he could do that. While I understand mistakes do happen during rush hours, error here was clearly caused by employee inattentiveness at work. Instead of acknowledging mistake and apologize, I the customer was made to feel I was the one at fault. Happy to take my business elsewhere and vote with my dollar. If there's negative star/rating for customer service, that's what this location deserves.

I listed my name and my number for a pretty basic order. When the server brought me my food, he told me in a very catty tone that they'd been calling my name inside. Except he wasn't calling my name, because it's Cassie, not Sisi. Also, I had a number they could've used. And they forgot my ranch. Don't need much from this place, but it's really not my fault if you can't read a name right.
