An Unforgettable Omakase Experience
Every course of this omakase dinner was a masterful expression of flavor, technique, and seasonality. From buttery toro to delicate uni and perfectly balanced nigiri, each bite was unforgettable. The chef’s attention to detail and warm interaction made the evening feel both intimate and special. A true culinary journey — refined, authentic, and absolutely worth it.

Good price for a lunch omakase, fresh fish and a nice earthy flavor. Careful though with any additional pieces, one additional amberjack set me back an additional $20 when the entire lunch omakase was $48... The a la carte prices make no sense
The Wagyu steak was my personal favorite - melted in my mouth with slight graceful smoky flavor. The creative seafood items were novel, including an appetizer of oyster plus uni plus caviar plus fish roe, which was an umami bomb.
Only drawback was nigiri...
