Shun Lee Palace Reviews
Gourmet food, attentive service, and ambiance. They are the original Szechwan restaurants
This restaurant has been around for years more of a tourist thing. Services mediocre at best. The eggroll was below. Standard Spare ribs were tough. The Seabass was on the fishy side. We barely ate it, but the server was so clueless didn’t even offer to take it off the bill. The Mongolian beef was average the only stand out where the string beans and the scallion pancakes. The sake was actually very good probably because it didn’t come from the kitchen.
We have been going to Shun Lee Palace regularly for over 45 years. It's not only my favorite Chinese restaurant. It's absolutely my favorite restaurant in the city. The food is great. The service is great. The manager and the owner are terrific people I recommended it to everyone

Shun Lee Palace, a long-standing favorite in the area, continues to impress with its unchanged quality of food, service, and ambiance. The Beijing Duck comes highly recommended. While some dishes may have lost a bit of flavor, the overall experience remains delightful. Guests are treated to well-timed, hot meals in a lovely atmosphere without feeling rushed. A must-visit spot that has stood the test of time in New York City.
