We really enjoyed our brunch here. The food was very good and the place looks great with great retro music. The service fell short of our expectations and when we reduced the tip to 18% the waiter just changed it to 20% before handing us the POS.
Hosted my wife’s birthday brunch here and I have to say the service was amazing.The hostess handled setting things up and hiding the cake for us. Music was great and the food was just as good. If looking to have a great brunch I would 100% recommend Son’s of Essex.
Came here for the first time this past Sunday for my bdy brunch with 7 friends. Cool NYC vibes and decor! The host and servers were very helpful from the time we got there.. checking to make sure we were ok! Great for bdy gatherings- You can enjoy the music and still hear each other for conversation! Not sure how it is later night for conversation.
