I work in the same hospital at night and there is this one girl on nights that is disgustingly nasty to EVERYONE who wear scrubs. She makes the wrong drinks on purpose and laughs about it with her co-workers. She has a terrible attitude all the time. Very nasty. I don’t even know her well enough for her to treat me any kind of way. I ask for a drink with almond milk, she gives me regular and jokes about it and hand it to me anyways.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today due to the cashier. I specifically asked beforehand if they had oatmilk and placed my order, but she left it off the ticket. When I politely reminded her, she became defensive and began yelling at me, claiming I hadn't ordered it. Thankfully, the barista was incredibly kind and fixed the drink for me.
