Nay is incredible. She exudes the energy of a team player, is always going above and beyond to assist customers, and clearly cares about doing whatever is needed to make sure the service is top notch. I literally saw Jay single handily manage an entire store, multi tasking drinks, navigating a team, and still greeting regulars out by their name. It was super impressive. She deserves a raise and praise.
Stopped into this Starbucks to purchase a bag of Pike's Place Decaf and was thrilled to see that they had an ample supply. Special shout out to Mell who was friendly, efficient and professional. I truly appreciated his awesome vibe. Thank you!
