Work in the area and stopped in for an order. Customer service is lacking. I told them my name and waited for my drink. I mentioned I was running late for work. I waited for additional 10 min, just to notice my drink was done. Could of just said my name. I go to the starbucks further up on 3rd ave for better service.
I had a really bad experience at this place earlier. The drinks are ok, but sometimes the waits can be extremely long. I usually only get an iced americano, so I understand why the waits have to be so long at times. The people who work here are often pretty cool, Sarah was a big help. Aside from her, I try and avoid this place whenever possible.
