Depressing shop with crappy service. Out of stock of the drink I ordered online and didn’t think to tell me until I got sick of waiting and asked what was going on. Ordered a replacement and forgot to specify milk type and they initially refused to remake it with skim milk. Manager eventually relented
I dont understand why the staff is always clueless here! They close early and they always cleaning and not taking certain orders 2 hours before closing! I only go here because its a block away from my job! But with the constant limitation. They gotta do something about it.
A standard local deli. It’s fine for picking up essentials, but the overall impression is just average. The cleanliness of the sales floor and the speed of service at the checkout leave something to be desired. It’s not bad overall, but management clearly has room for improvement. The product selection is decent, though I’d like to see more fresh items. The staff are indifferent. The place has potential; hopefully, things will improve.
