A note for the manager: This location lacks accessible doors. The one opening into the atrium displays an accessibility sign but lacks a button or any means to activate its functionality.
I order a caramel frappe and they didn't tell me there was no whipped cream.i said ok.i went back in there and I saw the whipped cream container and I asked for it again ,she told me there were no whipped cream.And I could literally see it on the counter.
