Lazy employees, that are busy chit chatting and not doing their work even when lines are long. The employees in this location need basic job training at the least. Some of them are nice, but it’s a hit or miss on who is there when you order. Other Starbucks locations are far better, avoid this one and go to 43rd and 6th or 40th and Broadway. I order Veranda dark roast and every single time I have to remind them after waiting 15 mins, they always forget that people come here...
Good establishment right in the center of Times Square. Very friendly and pleasant staff, especially ALILE, who was super attentive and professional every day I went there. It is a pleasure to meet people like him when you are in another country that is not your own.
So they really TRY here but, I have found their system to be a timing disaster. Often my beverages is sitting while I wait, and wait, and WAIT for my sandwich. Again the staff tries. They NEED an additional oven for rushes!
