This is the best Starbucks in NYC. Service is excellent. The woman who organizes the orders and calls out people’s names is the star of that place. She remembers everyone’s names and makes them feel special. I go there at least once or twice every other week and she remembered my name. THAT is customer service and she deserves every raise and promotion there is. She should be training all Starbucks employees.

I came here on a Friday around 7:50pm I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and got a watered down version when I spoke to the barista about it she was very rude and unprofessional and said “that’s how it’s suppose to be it’s a blended drink” this is very unacceptable that girl needs better training and mannerisms. She can’t make a drink properly it’s sad

My experience at this Starbucks makes me never want to return to any other Starbucks location ever again. They gave me the incorrect drink and then told me it’s what I ordered?!? Like I know what a grande cold brew looks like bro. It was an offensive experience.

Staff was friendly and efficient (I got my order within 5 mins) but their hot chocolate is sub-par. I ordered a large hot chocolate with whipped cream and was given a cup of hot water mixed with some processed cocoa powder...no milk whatsoever (except for the whipped cream at the top). I could've made some Swiss Miss if I could wanted a watery diluted hot chocolate with powder mix.... definitely not worth getting

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s like the staff were moving in slow motion and just didn’t give a rip about anything. Bizarre. No bathroom either. :(

Rudest store ever!!! Staffs are so unprofessional and rude!!! Baddest experience ever!!! This morning I stopped by the store and ordered a coffee and a sandwich. I waited my sandwich 10 mins there and everyone else ordered behind me all gotten there, so I wanted to ask the lady who’s taking sandwiches out, but she kept away from me and looked didn’t want to hear me. I wanted 3 mins more and since I was late to work so I went to the counter and asked for refund because I have to go. BUT! The rudest thing happened! A black lady with red or pink shirt on her started pointing at me with the sandwich tung on her hand yelled at me saying they can’t do a refund for me and told me to wait until she finishes her work. That was ridiculous! And all other staffs hang there they started to join and fight against me to let me be patient. What situation is this??? So I have to be stuck there for another 5 more minutes to get refunded. And she even refunded wrong amount to me. I was too mad how they’re being so disrespectful. So I called store number to complain about this situation, but the guy picked up the phone was not taking the call seriously and made fun of me saying I should be early if I didn’t want to late to work. This whole thing was so frustrating and awful!
