A consistently good cup of coffee no matter where you go in the country. My choices are simple, usually coffee, a Mocha Latte, or an occasional iced Mocha. I have seen some very complex orders placed, and Starbucks handles them expertly every time.

5:37 pm. July 21st. A lady at the register said “I can’t give you a tap water unless you buy something”. Whether it’s an employee or the company be mindful not waste your time standing in line if you want some tapwater. Btw it’s summer in nyc, 90 degrees outside.

Lately this branch starbucks has been pain in the butt. It doesn't go for every employee but whoever made my drink today definitely didnt made it right. I order Ice Doppio everyday in this branch in Venti Cup with salt caramel foam and it was always filled upto the top. Iced espresso and whole milk always filled upto grande portion and rest with ice and foam covering to the top. Today I see my Venti cup filled like 65% and foam is barely there. It was almost evaporating so I explained to the Barista that I usually get it upto the top level and asked for more foam and she giving whole bs excuses and saying I m only giving u this time. If I paid extra money for my foam then I want it right dont make it sound like I have to beg for what I should've gotten it right. Don't know why she had to make this so hard on both of us and ruin my enjoyable coffee time. Starbucks u better train ur employees better becuz with this service mind u guys going to lose a lot of customers.
This is the best Starbucks in NYC. Service is excellent. The woman who organizes the orders and calls out people’s names is the star of that place. She remembers everyone’s names and makes them feel special. I go there at least once or twice every other week and she remembered my name. THAT is customer service and she deserves every raise and promotion there is. She should be training all Starbucks employees.

I came here on a Friday around 7:50pm I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and got a watered down version when I spoke to the barista about it she was very rude and unprofessional and said “that’s how it’s suppose to be it’s a blended drink” this is very unacceptable that girl needs better training and mannerisms. She can’t make a drink properly it’s sad

My experience at this Starbucks makes me never want to return to any other Starbucks location ever again. They gave me the incorrect drink and then told me it’s what I ordered?!? Like I know what a grande cold brew looks like bro. It was an offensive experience.
