I like to get two shots of blonde, over ice - with a small cup of 2%. This is usually my go to drink. The wait time today for this though, was over 20 minutes. Not sure why? Ended up running late as a result. The service is usually quick, maybe today was just an off day

This Starbucks is busier than most other. The main business here is obviously worked at the drive-thru windows so you would expect the service to be slow and the seating to be limited. The service was indeed slow but the inside seating was comfy!

Excellent staff but that morning rush is brutal. I order mobile pickup 2 subway stops away and yet I'm always waiting for something for at least 10minutes when I get there. It shouldn't take that long to make a tall pike. I'm not ordering a complicated drink. Sometimes I wait for food but I understand there's only so many things you can heat up it's just disappointing every time.
Rude and slow. Made wrong drink and was unhappy to make a new one. No response later for my confirmation.

Abosolutely disgusting+rude service I ever met. I ordered a matcha latte with NO ICE. When I picked it up, the cup is only 3/5 filled up and I request to fill up with milk and the girl refuses and explaing if you order NO ICE, only 3/5 will be filled up and seems she's very "Confident" about this. Does starbucks pay you extra money for not filling up with more milk? Any manager wants to reach out to me, go ahead please ^^

Very rude and unprofessional people work here. I was waiting for the rest of my order (a chocolate chip cookie and croissant) I get the croissant and inform the guy who brought me the croissant that I was missing an item. He says “yeah I’ll be right back with that” several minutes go by and I was still waiting on the cookie. I then ask the guy who took my order if the cookie was ready, he asks if I still want it warm I tell him if it’s done he can give it to me warm but if it isn’t I’ll take it like that.This other employee inserts herself into the conversation and tells me “ma’am everyone is waiting, you’re stressed and having a bad day”Note: no one was waiting ahead of me and the people that came in a couple of minutes AFTER ME AND ordered AFTER ME had already received their orders.I wasn’t even speaking to her nor said anything rude to her coworker in anyway. I simply stated if my order wasn’t complete the way that I requested it that I would take it either way. It was very evident that she was having a bad day herself and decided to take it out on me. Very unprofessional, don’t know what kind of customer service Starbucks is telling their employees to treat people with because from other reviews it seems other customers have gotten similar treatment.
