The interior is fairly roomy for a city shop with good seating and large tables, making it possible to stay for a short while with a laptop. It tends to be busy no matter the time of day and feels a bit hectic. Service is generally prompt and staff are friendly, welcoming, and courteous. One visitor arrived at opening and found the store already super clean, stocked and ready to caffeinate people up. The standard order of iced chai tea latte with coconut milk has never disappointed. The atmosphere is spacious, bright, and calm. A welcoming message on the cup was found. Some minor complaints noted no restroom access. It is not a peaceful hidden gem, but it is a dependable coffee stop in a prime downtown spot.
