Loved my experience here!!! Gorgeous store, but I didn't know it was there until I bumped into their manager at another store. Signage outside doesn't let people know this gem of an experience is waiting! Loved the delicious food and the comfy sofa I relaxed on after a long morning of rubbing around. If I could give it more stars I would.
Compared to other Starbucks Reserve locations like the Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Chelsea or the one in Empire State Building, this one is more low key and not as touristy.
It doesn’t feel as fancy but does have a slightly more elevated feel than your typical Starbucks.
I have Chai Tea Latte at regular Starbucks quite regularly and I actually prefer that over the Chai Tea Latte at Starbucks Reserve, which has a strong cinnamon flavor.

Service was a 20 out of 10, made me feel welcome and special.
Atmosphere, for a Reserve, felt more like a regular Starbucks that's been remodeled. The bar area didn't feel special or even necessary at this location.
As far as drinks, the matcha margarita gets a 20 out of 10, but the espresso martini definitely left me wanting something else. Too bitter and hardly any actual drink with alot of foam. I'll probably come back for the margarita but...
