About to put my review and just found that there are already a lot of complaints against this specific store regarding drinks' quality and services.
I placed a mobile order today for a Brown sugar oatmilk cortado. And guess what, after I reached there, I had to wait there for more than 10 minutes to get my cortado. The staffs seemed to be super lazy. They need to be fast when there are people waiting and you got 7/8 orders to make. There was only one barista preparing all the drinks while the rest of them seemed to be relaxing with some organizing tasks. They were chilling and gossiping. Still, I was okay with this. But as I walked out of the store and had my first sip, it didn’t taste like the cortado at all. I take that specific cortado often and I know very well how does it taste like. It should be bitter, more than latte but it was excessively sweet. Much like a caramel latte. Probably, the barista put only a single shot of espresso or they put excessive amount of brown sugar. It was merely a wastage of money. Management should be more sincere about ensuring proper service and proper satisfaction.
