I came to this Starbucks in Herald Square on Thursday, 6/26 around 2:30 PM. At first, I was really frustrated—the price of my usual coffee order was noticeably higher than at other locations, and although the employee repeated my order back correctly, it was made wrong. Ordered a sausage egg cheddar sandwich and a dragon drink. Stood at the counter for a minute waiting to have my order taken. Then when I started the lady walked off all of a sudden without explanation to do something else. Again after another minute she came back and asked what did I say. Kinda mind blown they allow staff to provide this level of “customer service”. The food and drink itself wasn’t bad but the customer service leave a lot to be desired
