My favorite location so far, the staff are amazing !! Bern, Jace, Emilia, Mike, Nia and Wakeem are spectacular!! Customer Service top tier !! Drinks are always delicious and yes I have a Complicated order lol . Thank you to the amazing crew who is always positive!!
I don't know when it became super chic to start hating Starbucks. Their mobile order system is so efficient... Well, come to think of it, this location doesn't have any seating which is frustrating. I used to love working from Starbucks in college.... and when I really sit and simmer on it, $5.93 for a Venti Cold Brew with light ice is a bit ridiculous...

Atmosphere gets a 1 because it’s so unbelievably warm in this store. As someone that has previously worked in retail, and as someone who once frequented this location years ago, it is obvious Starbucks as a company does not put enough energy into the store’s improvement which is a shame considering it is in SoHo. Despite my qualms, Bern and Jace are absolutely wonderful and strive to deliver lemonade with the lemons they have obviously been provided.
