This particular location dislikes first responders. They donāt like us using their restrooms unless we make a purchase. As stated by staff, their manager Freddy gets angry at the staff if they give us the code to use the restroom. We have no option but to use public restrooms. Our jobs as first responders is ion the streetsā¦shame on this guy, who obviously never had that necessity. Heās probably not even human.
Ayana ALWAYS gives great customer service. I am always impressed by her hospitality because I definitely canāt say that about the other managers/ shift leads at this location.

I went to Starbucks in NYC to get my usual ice coffee beverage with my friends. It was very casual and very pleasant. I would recommend anyone going to a Starbucks to order on the app to avoid long lines especially in summer time

I donāt support Starbucks at all, but I had to come in here To grab some water in a pinch. Kimberly, behind the counter today (7/16 at 230p) was extremely friendly, gave great hospitality, and probably should be managing this location.

Love the vibe here. I've been two times during my NYC vacation and it reminded me a lot about my neighborhood back in Italy. All the East Village did that. This is a unique Starbucks experience, truly rooted in the heart of the place: like a local cafƩ with the benefits of the huge label. Plus, baristas are funny and kind, they love to share smiles. Definitely a great spot to enjoy the usual coffee and the disappearing human connection.
