It's always an interesting exercise to rate a Starbucks. In this case, I'm ignoring any gentrification comments about the EV and really thinking about a few things:
1. The spot: Big windows, great views, and great people watching make this a nice place to pop into in the morning and get some work or reading done
2. The staff: Most of my Starbucks staff experience has been positive in a way that is rarely reflected in general sentiment about the brand, but these guys are especially warm to customers and every morning are offering some free sample or another. Whatever your opinion on those, it's real work to arrange and I appreciate the commitment
3. Speediness: Drinks almost always come out fast, even when there is a steady stream of customers coming and going. Compared to some other spots, that's no easy feat!
This is slowly becoming my go-to Starbucks (still love the staff and setup on 17th and 1st, but too many vagrants for me these days) and I think you should give it a try too.

Coming here is always a great vibe ! There very fast with orders this place is always clean. It’s always warm and cool here never any issues ! Just wanted to write a review to shout out Esther on register & another girl name savanah I believe she has box braids her hair was in a bun and she was working the morning shift I didn’t get a clear read on her name tag but they both double checked my order and were just amazing ! So shout outs to this Starbucks !

This is a -1 star to the lowest of the earth. The manager and staffs need to get fired for poor customer service and no access to the bathroom. I will take this complaints to the corporate and made my complaint about this place especially for No bathroom access. They keep saying the bathroom is closed and not working that means this place has been poorly managed.

Starbucks never disappoints! The coffee is always fresh and expertly brewed, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The staff is friendly and attentive, making each visit a pleasure. Love their seasonal drinks too! Highly recommend!

Immediately as I got there they said we have no bathroom as I asked for a bottle of water …. Disgusting
The place looked great! Servers were sooooo kind and sweet and helped with anything that I needed. When drink there drinks I felt amazing their drinks are soooo good I could have them for ever. I went with my mom who loved the drinks so much she asked for 7 more even though she usually doesn’t like to drink Starbucks drinks. I would definitely go there five stars o

Used to come here all the time. It's right by my place and a quick stop before work. Has a lot of nice workers, some that even remember your name and ask about your day, but the beanie wearing barista ruined it all for me. After making an off coffee that tasted watered down compared to what I usually order, I politely asked if I could get it remade. He said sure and I was relieved... until he started making the next. After putting in barely half a shot of espresso, he passive aggressively made it clear he was dumping the whole carton of the oat milk into my beverage. My usually two tone oatmilk shaken espresso was an off white cup of milk served with ice. Ruined the location for me.

Usually the starbucks employees are welcoming but here,the girls there just had bad attitude and i ask for sigar and she just threw it at me at the counter.gave me the thing with a bad attitude.
