Love the vibe here. I've been two times during my NYC vacation and it reminded me a lot about my neighborhood back in Italy. All the East Village did that. This is a unique Starbucks experience, truly rooted in the heart of the place: like a local café with the benefits of the huge label. Plus, baristas are funny and kind, they love to share smiles. Definitely a great spot to enjoy the usual coffee and the disappearing human connection.

I went to Starbucks in NYC to get my usual ice coffee beverage with my friends. It was very casual and very pleasant. I would recommend anyone going to a Starbucks to order on the app to avoid long lines especially in summer time

At the bare minimum I just want a single shot over ice. This place sucks. Never open always closing early. Mind as well fire all of them and hire ppl who want to work and serve ppl coffee. There’s job programs all over the area turnaround would be easy. Such terrible service.
Not child friendly: when I stopped by with a kid we went to the bathroom first. Have been refused because “you need to make a purchase”. So, just imagine: made a purchase and after with my food I went to a tiny bathroom, where had to put my staff on dirty spots => after bathroom you go to wash your hands where is water around and again you put your staff on the dirty spots. Complete shame. Will never come again here 👎🏻

Great Starbucks location opposite Tompkins Square Park. My barista proactively offered me a porcelain rather than paper cup. The staff at this Starbucks is enthusiastic and super friendly. Nice seating. All in all a great experience.
