Great food would come back again
Excellent service, food was tasty, not overdressed, and portion is fine
This if for 2 visits. First one was during the week for lunch. The lunch special fish came with cucumbers andspring rolls,the fish was crispy and full of flavor absolutely a must get. The truffle shumai was huge juicy and lots of truffle, the fried rice was delicious and the drinks tasty. Twilight Lounge 朝暮 is a restaurant with a nice, modern decor and a pleasant, not-too-loud atmosphere. The service is described as attentive, charismatic, and decent. Many dishes receive praise. The cucumber and wood ear appetizers, crab and egg tofu, crab roe tofu, pork belly, bok choy, stir fried potato, and seasonal vegetable stir fry are all noted as good, delicious, or flavorful. The bok choy is highlighted for being very garlicky and cooked perfectly. The sauce for the spring rolls is also particularly admired. The braised fish, or suan cai yu, had a good broth that was not too oily, though the flounder itself was only okay. The lunch set is considered an excellent deal, especially for students. While some feel the prices can be hefty, the portion sizes are good, making it a place where groups and friends can have a great time.
