The staff here all have a really bad attitude and are unwilling to help. It feels like they can’t even hear properly — I had to repeat the same question several times. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Many of the staff lack basic common courtesy. I stood in front of the register for about 3 minutes while the young lady was on a tablet. It was not till I asked if she was going to take my order that she nodded at the other register. This is the 3rd experience where I encounters here that lack basic customer service skills.

Today I had a very bad experience I thing was the manager his name if I don’t mistaken is Josh he was very rude , and his attitude was terrible I ask for the restroom code and I know I had to purchase it’s fine with me bc I love Starbucks the problem was his terrible attitude and 3 teenagers walked in and they used the restroom with out purchasing anything and everyone saw no one said anything so I give him the feedback right in front of the others employees bc this is not a way to treat a valuable customer

Comfortable place to grab a coffee. Friendly staff complete with a note on my cup. Quick service and prepared as I requested. Coffee was very hot which is a must.

The people that waited on me were funny, hard-working, helpful etc.
I don't think you can ask for more

They made the wring drink for me, and when I went to pick up and noted that I wanted the whipped cream, this staff (female wearing glasses) straight up was like “I’m not making that.”

I ordered the iced cherry chai which happens to be very good definitely recommend this flavor while they have it. Very busy location right across the street from Columbia college. Very popular exceptional staff giving your orders quickly just no place to sit.

Worst Starbucks ever. I ordered two drinks and a lemon loaf, why did it take a half hour for this. My two drinks were given to me with attitude and then I had to wait another 15 minutes for the lemon loaf!!!! The atmosphere And service is horrible the workers are rude no friendliness at all if I can give zero stars I would. I will never ever bust this Starbucks establishment ever again, I already spoke with some co workers and they agree as well rather get the Starbucks at my hospital workplace. This us a hard no and a pass for me
