The employee with glasses and red hair was very unfriendly and denied me access to change my baby's diaper, so she lied to me saying that there were no bathrooms and when I explained the reason, she told me that she was not going to let me in. Bitter!

Not having the habit of leaving comments and destroying the image of the company, I would like to inform the hierarchy of the mediocrity of the service offered this November 28, 2024 at 4 p.m.
Clearly the employees, a young woman named Rosa and her partner (I couldn't see her name) were extremely cold...for a price of 16 euros 3 hot drinks, we hope for quality service.
I understand that the days are trying and tiring, but there was no one there and to be welcomed like that is simply unacceptable.
I invite you to come and reorganize this.

The coffee here is consistently terrible. It’s The closest to my house, so when I’m low on time, I go in the morning before work. This morning I had one of the staff members scream at me because I reached over to grab a stir stick from behind the mobile order stand. They all seem so busy I was just trying to help and not have to stop them making coffees just to get it. I’ve done it many times before with no issues. But I’ve seen this staff member shout at other customers before and always assumed they were to blame. I get it now tho lol. Clearly him and he just has issues. They should keep him in check though bc he’s making this a ratchet af location.

A small low key Starbucks location that serves the standard chain menu. Very conveniently located near Columbia.

There isn’t much interior and I felt like it’s not as decorative as other branches. Small and easily crowded. The matcha lemonade took a while to make but it was busy ?

Big lover of Starbucks but when came in three workers chat each other and do not take order until I called them. And even push me for tip....this is the absolutely worst starbuck ever....and they even use plastic cup to get espresso in machine and they said it's the right way to do..I just throw away $5 Americano....thank you workers here..

The coffee was perfect. Unfortunately, there were some people just hanging out so there were no seats. The restrooms here are also closed to everyone now.

Went in today at exactly 12:35 and ordered an iced white mocha. Watched the barista with the neon pink shirt text on her phone for a full minute while drinks were backing up. She let my espresso shot sit on the syrup for way too long before mixing, causing the shot to die. This is why you don’t text on the drink line. You have a limited window to mix that shot with the syrup to not make the drinks taste go bitter and less creamy. I used to be barista, and this was not good service. If a customer is paying $8+ you need to make sure they get a quality product. My friend ordered a cold brew before me. I got my espresso beverage before he got a simple pour beverage. It would be a one star but the cashier was incredibly professional and sweet. She saved our visit today with her kindness and warmth alone. Others on staff should take note because both partners on the line making drinks were rude. Looking at the reviews, it seems to be an ongoing trend. So thank you to the nice cashier for at least putting a smile on my face!
