This Starbucks can get super super busy and crowded, but everyone who works there is always professional and knows how to make the drinks really good. Customers should be prepared to wait on line to order or even for pick up, about 5 minutes tops. The staff is described as outstanding in professionalism and customer service, with coffee knowledge, kindness, and awareness of satisfying customer needs. Employees like Martin provided exemplary customer service with a 71 hot coffee, showing professionalism, attentiveness, and a courteous demeanor. The team, including Juan, Ed, Tashii, and Jay, is super sweet and makes customers feel right at home.

However, the food is not recommended due to shrinkage in portion size and menu items that are not fresh or organic. Milk products like half and half, almond, and oat are also not organic. The atmosphere has limited seating and very small square footage, described as a tiny corner cafe with standing room and no seating. It is wheelchair accessible on the side street. Despite this, the location is great for a quick pick up. The staff are just great—friendly, helpful, and willing to give items on the house if a machine stops working, refusing to take cash.
