Zero stars.

Walking into this place turned out to be one of the most unpleasant café experiences I’ve ever had. The service was a disaster from the very first second. The employees acted like they couldn’t understand what I was asking for, gave me blank stares, and had an irritated attitude as if my presence was ruining their day.

It really felt like they were judging me just because of the way I was dressed, since I had come straight from work in my work clothes. And that feeling became even stronger when, while picking up my order, they asked me for my name twice just to “verify” that the drink was really mine. Completely unnecessary and honestly quite insulting.

The behavior of the staff was toxic in every way. Besides the total lack of professionalism, there was a clear sense of prejudice. I don’t use the word “racism” lightly, but the way they treated me was far from normal it felt like suspicion and disdain based solely on how I looked.

No greeting. No thank you. Not even basic courtesy.

Just judgmental looks, passive-aggressive behavior, and a heavy, unpleasant atmosphere that made me want to leave immediately.

The staff here urgently needs training in communication, attitude, and basic human respect.

No paying customer should ever be treated with such hostility.

I do not recommend this place.

Worker was talking instead of making my drink (only drink they need to make) I believe his name is choppy. He was arguing on who should make my drink while he was doing nothing kinda seems like a loser too

Should give a check to restrooms; uncleaned; totally on an inferior level for a “starbucks”.

⭐ If I could give zero stars — I would.

My husband and I walked into this Starbucks a few minutes before closing — we had no idea they were about to close. We ordered a matcha, and were told there were five minutes left until closing. We totally understood and respected that.

But from the moment we stepped in, the staff’s behavior was absolutely horrible.

No greeting. No eye contact. Just angry faces, annoyed looks, and passive-aggressive vibes. Still, we placed our order (around $7) and even left a $2 tip.

Then I urgently needed to use the restroom. It was occupied, so I waited patiently for quite a while. Eventually, I used it and came back. Then my husband needed to go as well. He waited, but the restroom was locked. We politely asked one of the employees for the code.

Instead of simply answering, one of them snapped at us, yelling aggressively in English something like: “Why don’t you just stay the night here too?” It was 7:01 PM — literally one minute past closing — and we had just bought drinks and tipped them.

Another employee finally gave us the code, and my husband quickly used the restroom.

The whole time, they kept glaring at us, scoffing, and whispering to each other in a clearly hostile way, as if our presence was a crime.

As we were leaving, my husband still tried to be polite and said, “Have a good night.” They just stared at us in silence. No “thank you,” no “goodbye.” Just pure rudeness.

Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The drink was mediocre. The atmosphere was toxic. Our evening was ruined.

⚠️ These employees seriously need to be trained in basic human decency, let alone customer service. We are paying customers — not an inconvenience.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Ever‼️

Poor service. Person at counter never looked up, never acknowledged my request, and kept writing whatever she was writing. Finally, another employee came over.

Fairly nice Starbucks location, unfortunately the toilets were out of service here and from other reviews seems to be something they’re not looking to fix. If you’re looking to use the restrooms don’t stop here!
